BELLE VUE boss Mark Lemon wants a “super-strong” performance from his side at Birmingham.
The ATPI Aces go to Perry Barr on Monday night seeking to continue their charge towards the ROWE Motor Oil Premiership play-offs.
It was a disappointing defeat for the Manchester club on their last visit to the midlands minus No.1 Brady Kurtz.
Lemon said: “We’re in a good position now in the table but in this league you simply cannot afford to be complacent.
“It was frustrating the last time at Birmingham without Brady. But at full strength we return expecting to get a positive result.
“We need to go there and produce a super-strong display and I believe we will.
“Birmingham are certainly not to be underestimated. On their day they have proved to be a good match for anyone.
“In my mind it always comes down to our own performances. If our boys ride to their potential, then we will get the result we require.
“It feels like a long time since we raced as a team, that was a good win at Oxford.
“But I’m also keen for us to get back to the National Speedway Stadium against Ipswich on Monday night.
“As we move into August, it certainly feels like the run-in to the play-offs starts right now.”
