    BLODORN INJURY UPDATE
    Belle Vue Press Office

BELLE Vue’s Norick Blodorn will be ruled out of the club’s upcoming Knockout Cup fixtures following his crash at the National Speedway Stadium on Monday.

Blodorn came to grief in Heat 1 of the ATPI Aces’ 48-42 win over Sheffield when opposing No.1 Jack Holder attempted a passing move on the inside, resulting in contact between the riders.

In addition to being generally bruised and shaken, Blodorn suffered an injury to his left forearm, and he will now miss the trip to Owlerton on Thursday and the Easter Monday double header against Leicester.

ATPI Aces boss Mark Lemon is currently considering his options for the Sheffield return, which are either to operate the rider replacement facility or to bring in a guest at No.2.

We all wish Norick well and hope he is back to full fitness in time for the Aces’ ROWE Motor Oil Premiership league campaign.
