BELLE VUE are now preparing for this evening’s (Monday) trip to Sheffield after their home clash with the Tigers was postponed.
The midday Bank Holiday clash fell victim to the weather, with the National Speedway Stadium hit by a huge downpour around midday.
Before that, prospects had been good for racing with a slight delay to repair the track after an earlier shower.
A new date for the home match is to be confirmed, and the teams now meet at Owlerton tonight at 7.30pm.
